The Go Forward Academy offers professional and personal growth training programmes for professionals and senior school students.
The aim of the Go Forward! project is to promote women’s leadership, career success and combat gender stereotypes. The Go Forward Academy offers professional and personal growth training programmes for professionals and senior school students. We are pleased to see businesses providing an increasing number of scholarships for student education, which creates more opportunities for active and bright but disadvantaged girls to learn the basics of leadership. Three groups or a total of 60 girls completed the leadership course in the first year.
Competence and Expertise Offered
Working in the field of women’s leadership we have developed these skills:
– organisation of the meetings and training on leadership skills;
– implementation of innovations hackathons;
– Public relations.
