SEAL CYPRUS is a non-profit organisation based in Nicosia, the ethnically divided capital of Cyprus. Οur members are from both ethnic groups.
SEAL CYPRUS is known for promoting Competence Development of individuals by offering customised education, training and career resource solutions. We also assist the capacity building of organisations by offering training in leadership, project management and communication/ dissemination strategies. We are working with individuals, non-profit organisations, and public sector entities. We are working in Employment, Career Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation (in Education, Workplace and Youth Work), Gender Issues, Environmental Protection, Active Citizenship and more.
Competence and Expertise Offered
SEAL CYPRUS is the Lead Partner in the 10-partner consortium implementing the project “DARE- Day One Alliance for Employment” under the EEA Grants Fund for Youth Employment. We can offer expertise in preparing a concept note/ project proposal, designing the intervention/ results framework, preparing the budget, and explaining the regulations to the partners in a practical way . We can implement research and interventions towards beneficiaries in Cyprus. We can undertake the Communication part.
