Description

a) Education and Vocational Training. Conducts informational, educational and guidance initiatives, which contributes to acquire new knowledge, skills and new attitudes and behaviors of young adults in relation to Knowing, Living and Working.

b) Employment and Entrepreneurship. In this area seeks to contribute to promote employment and employability of young adults, working directly with them and the business community.

c) Citizenship and Social Inclusion. Develops programs and projects promoting Citizenship, Social Inclusion and Equal Opportunities, in particular gender opportunities.

Competence and Expertise Offered

Our contribution to the partnership consists on sharing our working experience in the identified areas, particularly in the areas of support for dual vocational training of young people and their integration into organizational context for learning practical job skills that can promote their employability.

Expertise sought

We intend to develop partnerships with organizations that have experience in the implementation and evaluation of projects and solutions to promote employability and social inclusion of young adults who are in unemployment situations, school dropout and social vulnerability. Therefore we preferred organizations that have experience in the areas of education, vocational training, employment, entrepreneurship and social inclusion of young adults age 18 to 30.
