Romanian Shipmasters`Association is an NGO which aims to protect the interests of Romanian shipmasters.
Our main fields of work are professional development and social injustice.
Ideas:
Free practical workshops for future management level officers on different types of vessel
Legal support in case of criminalization and for social injustice of the employers not being social security covered due to owners refuse to follow EU legislation
Advocacy for improving national legislation
Facilitating seafarers access to jobs ashore in cases they can`t find jobs at sea
Medical and psychological center for seafarers injured at sea or in need and for their families
Seamen`s Kids Kindergarden

We are looking for partners willing to take us in partnership in order to gain experience in projects in line with our Association scope. We are looking also partners in Norway willing to join us in above mentioned project ideas.
