Association “Institute Perspectives” is an educational institution for public benefit, dedicated to non-formal education for citizenship and EU values

Erasmus+ and Europe for citizens programmes since 2011. From 2015 to 2020 we provided opportunities for 320 young people from 15 small towns in Bulgaria to take part in 45 workshops in Bulgaria and European Youth Exchanges under KA105 and KA204 projects of the Erasmus + programme. There were organized trainings in 8 small towns in Bulgaria.
We have signed agreements with municipalities for the implementation of National Plan for European Educational and Youth Programmes. Our board members are advisors at the Youth Consultant Committee – Public Youth Council at the Ministry of Youth & Sports.

Competence and Expertise Offered

Our young leaders, youth workers and experienced psychologists organize workshops for young people connected with positive thinking, stress management, emotional intelligence, developing key competencies, citizenship, entrepreneurship & volunteerism.
In 2018, we developed “First Steps to EU Values” methodology, granted for its effectiveness and quality with a Gold Quality Certificate, having fulfilled quality criteria of Erasmus +programme. Project outputs are publish in our PERSPECTIVE journal

Expertise sought

Partners experienced in organizing training cources in citizenship, Rural policies in small European settlements, capacity building for young NEETs and disadvanted people at risk of social exclusion.
Youth workers experienced in democracy and active citizenship training for achieving good governance and transparency in local development. Spacialists in European agricultural policies, able to adapt the non-formal educational methods for bringing EU closer to residents of remote villages.
