Association “SPOC” aims to provide y knowledge, practical skills and behavioral habits and attitude for adequate actions in case of extreme situations
The main objectives of the organization are to:
1. Contribute for development of social and civic skills and competencies;
2. Contribute for development of European values;
3. Encourage the youth initiative and sustainable development of the society;
4. Expand the field of social partnership with giving opportunities for participation in a wide range of representatives of institutions and NGOs;
5. Interact with the local and national government and support the development of strategies and policies;
6. Develop and test innovative approaches , methodologies and other instruments;
