ECM is a non-governmental organization cooperating with and helping educational institutions on their way towards international inclusion.
ECM was founded 22 years ago in the anticipation of the day when Poland joins the ranks of other European countries inside the borders of the European Union. At that point in time, its main activity was focused on projects that involved including polish youth into the European community. ECM also supports strategic partnerships between Polish and foreign educational institutions in the European Union. All initiatives and activities are undertaken by the European Youth Centre such as educational projects and student exchanges develop multicultural competencies among our participants.
Competence and Expertise Offered
ECM supports strategic partnerships between Polish and foreign educational institutions in Europe. Our courses and training are always embedded in strong cultural
and European contexts, as from the beginning of existence our aim is to promote the understanding between different cultures, familiarize people with European cultures,
integration, and to promote international relations between them and peers from abroad. We have a fantastic infrastructure and expertise to support our partners.
Expertise sought
We hope that a better understanding of Europe and its social technicalities will help not only our local community but also ourselves, in many scopes of professional life we are yet to hone. As an organization, we trust, that there is no doubt, that without proper education placing multicultural competencies at the center of its educational activities, and most importantly, without everyday practice towards the development of our attitudes, skills, and knowledge lasting changes are not possible.
