Foundation of Creative Innovation is an NGO who organizes FABLABs ) and supports disabled and excluded people. We work in Radom, Central Poland
Foundations focuses on following fields:
– FABLAB Radom: creative space where everyone can take part in artistic workshops, as well as 3d printing, electronics, sewing and DIY.
– support for disabled people: we help them to improve their skills and find new job. We also try to provide them rehabilitation and other necessery assistance.
– help for excluded people: we fight with stereotypes and difficulties for people who are excluded in our society.
Competence and Expertise Offered
We organized lots of workshops in different areas: art, new technologies, 3d printing etc. Recently we have started to focus on civic media by planning workshops for civic journalists. We also have expierence in help for disabled and excluded people.
Expertise sought
We need organizations who can help us in organizing workshops for civic journalists. Our goal to train journalists in Poland in journalism which will include problems of disabled people in our community. We are looking for cooperation with other NGO’s and FABLABS, but we are open for other institutions who share similiar values.
