Gastronomy Club of Epirus was founded in 2008 to research, and promote traditional recipes, techniques and forgotten raw materials from Epirus.
Organisation of Symposia and Fora, fests and educational activities.

A main project idea is the establishment of a Museum of Gastronomy on-the-go!
