HALO Foundation 2019 is a new legally registered NGO working toward development and prosperity of local communities in Bulgaria.
Our mission is to contribute to the development and prosperity of local communities in Bulgaria through programs for sustainable development, good governance, environmental protection and culture preservation. We aim to activate change in small local communities in the direction of solidarity and care for nature, culture, settlement, the others.
