Inclusive services and interventions for the promotion of Health in the expanded notion suggested by WHO: physical, psychological, social.
HEALTH ROUTE is an interdisciplinary social coop, established in 2014 with the aim to provide psychosocial support to the general population and vulnerable groups. We provide psychological support, education and training as a certified Lifelong Learning Centre, and implement interventions for the vocational&social integration of excluded groups. We run the Social&Solidarity Economy Support Center of Magnesia.
Competence and Expertise Offered
Deep knowledge and know-how on promoting self-help, empowerment and ative citizenship in socially excluded groups (ex people with intellectual or motor disability), experience with Roma populations, expertise in coaching, previous experience in funding programs management.
Expertise sought
Social coops are often excluded from funds due to their legal entity. Our focus is anyhow on partnerships, as psychosocial interventions are based on allies in the local or wide community ar the “Community” of people. Previous management of funding programs is wellcome.
