NGO created within ISCTE University to explore the sinergies between the academic environment and the practical work with a focus on evaluations.
Needs assessments, monitoring and evaluation, project design and implementation. Current priority is to develop experience in project evaluation.
Competence and Expertise Offered
All staff comes from the MsC in Humanitarian action and academy of ISCTE University in Portugal.
Diversified experience put to the service of new and impact oriented approaches in project evaluation.
Expertise sought
We seek Organizations that are funding or implementing humanitarian or development projects that are willing to let us perform an evaluation of one of their projects.
