Marca – ADL multicultural staff members have professional background and skills in the following areas: cultural and creative industries, design, environment, climate change adaptation, psychology, pedagogy, sociology, biology,
management and accounting. Over the past years, thanks to our ever-growing experience in project management, we also gained expertise in community work and development, group dynamics, promotion of partnerships, mentoring and evaluation methodologies.
