Since 1997 our mission is to serve children and families in crisis by providing them with supported housing and social housing, guidance and education

DeDo Foundation – Solidarity with Children from Children´s Homes has been established in 1997 with the goal to support education of children from socially disadvantaged environment by providing them with scholarships.
During last decade we have focused on development of supported housing and social housing, guidance and counselling, as well as education for children and families in crisis. Our goal is to provide them with any support needed to fully develop their potential and enable them to live their life in safe and stable homes.

Competence and Expertise Offered

We have more than 20 years experience in the field of social work and housing projects for families at risk or already experiencing homelessness. Since the establishment of our foundation we have implemented several innovative projects for families in need and children leaving institutional care – supported housing for young adults leaving institutional care, crisis centers for families experiencing homelessness and social rental housing for families.

Expertise sought

We look for organizations with expertise in the field of housing policies (Housing First approach), social services and complex services provided to homeless families and individuals. Our goal is to develop and implement Housing First or Rapid Re-housing approach and principles in work of our organization, municipal and regional policies as well as national policies.
