NGO IME is initiating the biggest international festival of contemporary arts in alternative sites with specific cultural or historical value to the city – Water tower art fest. Started as a small grass root artistic initiative and developed into the most popular showcase of contemporary arts and platform for exchange of ideas in Sofia since 2006.

We are active in cultural and curatorial sphere of contemporary arts and socially engaged practice and initiatives. What we can provide is a research and planning from grass root ideas based on site specification working with context and the people of region. We are practicing artists and also curators and film directors, active in social context and environment. Our extended network consists of artists and organizations from all over the world.
