YLC is working in field of Youth at local, national and international level. YLC have 20 years of excellent experience in the field – advocacy, capacity building, research, youth work.
We are open to any kind of cooperation under the Youth field Rainbow! If we are not under the topic you are in – we will manage the partners for you from our national-wide network among NGOs, local governments, schools, Youth centers, etc.
Competence and Expertise Offered
Very wide expertise and competencies are covered. We do have around 300 partners (individuals and institutions) in our network! Just ask and we will provide the best in the field in Latvia.
Expertise sought
Cooperation on development the tools, systems, manuals, networks, etc for Long-term Impact in any aspect of youth field. We are not really interested in “1-day activities without any long-term impact”.
