OLF strives to create and enforce an open, polylogue-based society and to increase citizen participation in policy making.
The OLF is active in promoting progressive change towards an open society through joining forces and executing advocacy initiatives, visibility campaigns, joint projects, as well as monitoring and training programs. OLF works in 3 main areas: promoting the resilience of society, fostering discussions about Europe and public policy analysis domain. It monitors and seeks to exert a positive influence on the changing idea of Europe by initiating and hosting discussions across Lithuania. Finally, it provides financial & expert support to active citizen groups fighting political corruption.
