ON/OFF Association is a non-profit organisation working in the field of performance art, theatre, dance and gender equality.
We are a non-profit organization in Poland, believing in encouraging and fostering contemporary artists to explore and experiment with the outermost limits of their practice by creating an environment for cultural exchange, community interaction, collaboration, and experimentation. We are active in cultural sector by organizing research projects, debates and discussion panels, implementing educational art projects with local communities’ involvement, producing performances, publishing books.
Competence and Expertise Offered
All our projects are participative and inclusive. We have expertise writing and producing theatre plays, running community art projects, organising conferences and debates. Our education programmes are based on devised theatre techniques and theatre pedagogy methods.
We can offer expertise in project writing, implementation, reporting, playwriting, theatre workshops, gender equality expertise.
Expertise sought
We are looking for partnerships with organisations, who are developing socially engaged art/theatre projects, working in the field of community theatre. We would like to widen our network of international contacts and make collaboration with Institutions, NGOs and independent art groups from other countries in order to internationalize our work and support polish artists in transnational mobility and create a platform for intercultural exchange.
