We are an institution of non-formal adult education.
A role model for creators of West Pomeranian Folk Highschools became german boarding schools for adult called Heimvolkshochschulen. We operate in accordance with the philosophy of M.F.S. Grundtvig, A Danish pastor who is called the ideological father of the folk high school. ZUL deals with civic education,prepares local animators and leaders of rural communities.We are also building folk culture in West Pomeraniaby implementing many handicrafts projects or related to the traditions of our region. We act primarily for the benefit of the residents rural areas and small towns.
Competence and Expertise Offered
We organize numerous activities dedicated to people excluded or at risk of social exclusion. We have experience in the field of animation and leadership activities. We prepare volunteers and local social activists. We are experts in working with methods of Folk High Schools and we specialize in educational work with an adult.
