Simona Constantinescu

Legal expert and Head of development and advocacy at the Civil Society Development Foundation (FDSC), with more than 20 years of designing support programmes for civil society organisations.

Since 2018, Constantinescu has served as a member of the Expert Council on NGO Law of the Council of Europe. Recently, her work has focused on capacity-building programmes for NGOs, and raising the attention of donors and policymakers regarding the need to secure a safe civic space nationally and in the EU.
