Victor Breiner

Victor Breiner is an expert in hybrid threats and foreign influence, and is the founder of Infosecurity.sk, and former adviser on hybrid threats to the Slovak Minister of Defence.

He has previously worked as a foreign correspondent, covering cases in Syria, Libya, Mali, Tunisia,  Jordan, Lebanon and Ukraine. He received Czech and Slovak Press Photo awards for some of his photography.

Breiner is currently focused on building cognitive resilience, working predominantly with civil society and media as the Executive Director at the Insititute for Resilience Building in Bratislava.
