As a Norwegian entity, you partner up in cooperation projects with organizations from the 14 beneficiary countries.

Strengthening cooperation between Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and the 15 beneficiary countries is one of the two main objectives of the EEA Grants.
Partnership projects and initiatives are therefore encouraged, and incentives are available to stimulate such partnerships.
Funding is available through open calls for project partnerships and for bilateral initiatives. Project support is given in line with the Active Citizens Fund priorities of each beneficiary country. You can read more about the country priorities under the country section here.
Bilateral funds support networking and foster partnerships. These finance activities such as partner search, conferences, workshops, study tours as well as outreach activities and are a more flexible source of funding.
